Internet Essentials

Since 2011, Internet Essentials from Comcast - the nation’s largest and most comprehensive
Internet adoption program - has connected a cumulative total of more than 10 million people
from low-income families to the Internet at home.

The program offers low-cost, high-speed Internet service (50/10 Mbps) for $9.95 a month plus tax,
in addition to providing multiple options to access free digital skills training in print, online, and in
person. Customers also have the option to purchase a low-cost Internet-ready computer.

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping you connected, Comcast is proud
to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides eligible
households a credit of up to $30/month towards your Internet and mobile services.

Lift Zones

Through Lift Zones, we are building a continuum of connectivity to support students
and community members who need access to the internet at local nonprofits.

Lift Zones enhance the network capacity at these locations, so they are better equipped
to serve their clients, students and others who are coming into the facility to access the
Internet for remote learning and work, as well as healthcare information, job searches,
and many other online resources.

tradition—a time to come together with friends, family, and nonprofit partners in
a celebration of service. The love for our communities in which our employees live
and work is and always has been year-round.

Comcast Cares will continue to empower and support employees by providing

Limited to residential customers who qualify for Internet Essentials and the Affordable Connectivity Program.
